Chungha Cha

Biographie : Cha worked in finance for 20+ years (Citibank in New York, Sydney and Honolulu, Yasuda Trust Bank in Tokyo, Board Member to Asian Merchant Bank and CEO of Lone Star Real Estate Funds in Seoul). And now, for 14+ years, Cha has focused his career on ESG & decarbonization, sustainability in real estate, nature-based solutions and innovation districts. Cha is currently serving as: (1) Board of Directors of Koramco Real Estate Fund, Seoul Korea (2) Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (2023-2027) and (3) Cofounder & Chair of Reimagining Cities LLC, a nonprofit to help accelerate sustainability and climate action through the sustainable design & development of healthy, carbon neutral mixed-use communities.
