Todd Crow

Biographie : April 2010 TODD J. CROW Executive Vice President, PNC Real Estate Manager of Tax Credit Capital Todd J. Crow is an Executive Vice President of PNC Real Estate, and Manager of the Tax Credit Capital group. In this capacity, Mr. Crow oversees the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) business which includes Originations, Underwriting, Institutional Sales, Asset Management and Special Assets. Mr. Crow is a licensed securities representative of PNC Capital Markets, Inc. A 21 year veteran of PNC, Mr. Crow joined Pittsburgh National Bank in 1989 as a Corporate Banking trainee. He then spent 7 years working on troubled real estate loans prior to being named Group Manager in Commercial Real Estate in 1993. In 1998, having managed several Real Estate lending functions for PNC, Mr. Crow assumed responsibility to LIHTC syndications for PNC Real Estate, a position he held until being named to his current position in early 2009. Mr. Crow received his Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Louisville and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
