Peter Dennehy

Biographie : Peter Dennehy is VP of Customer & Market Research at Newland Communities. He has 30 years of experience analyzing real estate developments for developers, financial institutions and public agencies throughout the United States. He has directed consulting engagements for hundreds of clients, covering a wide array of product types and real estate asset classes, with a particular focus in recent years on rental and for-sale residential projects, mixed-use and urban infill developments, master planned communities and portfolio analysis. Prior to joining Newland, Peter worked for a number of leading national real estate research companies, including Meyers Research, John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCo. Peter Dennehy holds a J.D. from University of San Diego’s School of Law and a B.A. in Government/Public Policy from Pomona College. Peter Dennehy is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and Vice Chair of the Community Development Council – Gold Flight. He is a member of Lambda Alpha San Diego and is an appointed member of the City of San Diego’s Consolidated Plan Advisory Board.
