Peter Dennehy
Biography: Peter Dennehy is a Senior Vice President at John Burns Research & Consulting. He has 30 years of experience analyzing real estate developments for developers, financial institutions, and public agencies throughout the United States. He has directed consulting engagements for hundreds of clients, covering a wide array of product types and real estate asset classes, focusing in recent years on rental and for-sale residential projects, mixed-use and urban infill developments, master-planned communities, and portfolio analysis. Peter worked for several leading national real estate research companies, including Zonda/Meyers Research and RCLCo, and headed up research for Newland Real Estate Group and Brookfield Properties. Peter Dennehy holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego’s School of Law and a B.A. in Government/Public Policy from Pomona College. Peter Dennehy is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and former Vice Chair of the Community Development Council – Gold Flight. He is a Lambda Alpha San Diego member and appointed member of the City of San Diego’s Consolidated Plan Advisory Board. He was co-chair of the San Diego-Tijuana District Council for 2 years.
