Scott Eisen
Biographie : October 2010 Scott G. Eisen, Managing Director, Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Scott is a Managing Director at Citi in the North American Real Estate and Lodging Group. Scott joined Citi in 2005 after spending eight years in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Scott manages a wide variety of domestic and international transactions with an emphasis on capital raising and mergers & acquisitions for both public and private companies. Scott has coverage responsibility for real estate sectors including retail, office, apartment, health care, data centers and net lease companies. Scott has acted as M&A advisor on a variety of mergers & acquisitions including advising Prime Outlets on the $2.3 billion sale to Simon Property Group, Macklowe Properties on the $4.0 billion sale of a New York City trophy office portfolio which included the General Motors Building; advising Vornado Realty on the $1.5 billion sale of Americold Logistics to the Yucaipa Companies; advising the Board of Directors of Spirit Finance on the $3.5 billion sale to Macquarie Bank. Scott is a member of ULI, NAREIT and ICSC. From 1993 to 1995, Scott worked as a Special Assistant for Legislative Affairs in the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce working for Ronald. H. Brown. Scott received his B.A. from Princeton University in 1991 with a certificate from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business in 1997.
