Vidur Gupta

Biographie : Vidur Gupta is the Founder and CEO of Beekin. Beekin is an AI platform helping Top-5 CRE managers, lenders and apartment REITs and family offices underwrite, asset manage and measure ESG using a multi-patented software solution suite. Beekin focuses on multifamily, single family rent and affordable housing. Prior to founding Beekin, Vidur spent 15 years working in investment banking and real estate investing at HSBC, Deutsche Bank and HIG Capital ($60B AUM). He was also an executive in a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs backed consumer lending fintech which raised $600MM in debt and equity. His experience as a real estate investor was the impetus to building his current business. Outside of Beekin, Vidur has served on the boards of early stage and public businesses and until recently was a Non-Executive Director at Notting Hill Genesis (a UK based $30B affordable housing operator) where he was involved in an ESG bond issuance in Europe. Vidur is the author of 2 US patents. He has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Electronics Engineering from The Army Institute of Technology, India where he developed a wireless IoT device for traffic management for Siemens.
