Andrew Hudacek

Biographie : May 2004 My educational background includes a B.S.E. from Princeton University in Civil and Environmental Engineering, 1996 as well as a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, from Stanford University, 1999. Professionally, I have worked for DPR Construction, a $1.5B a year general contractor prior to joining Sares Regis in 1999. I was promoted to Vice President in 2001. Responsibilities include overseeing residential land acquisistions for Northern California as well as project executive roles on commercial and residential developments. Current projects include a $350M twenty acre master planned mixed use development known as The Crossing which has been featured in Urban Land Magazine, a 300 unit apartment complex soon to be expanded to 500 units, 95 condominiums at Bay Street Emeryville and a 230,000 s.f. office complex.
