Biographie : Peter Holland Director, International Property Economics Urbis Melbourne, Australia Peter has 28 years’ experience consulting in property and retail economics to a wide and impressive range of clients. He has a strong interest in the shaping of the built environment and most of his work involves large property projects. In addition to having specialist skills in the retail and entertainment sectors, Peter also has wide experience in other property sectors including office, residential and hospitality. Over recent years most of Peter’s time has been devoted to assignments in Asia and the Middle East in both mature and emerging markets. Countries outside his homeland Australia in which Peter has undertaken retail assignments include Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Syria, Libya and Pakistan.
