Peter Holland

Biography: Peter Holland Director, Grant Advisory , Melbourne, Australia. Now semi retired but previously Director of Property Economics at Cistri the fully owned consultancy subsidiary of Urbis in Australia. Peter has 40 years’ experience consulting in property and retail economics to a wide and impressive range of clients. He has a strong interest in the shaping of the built environment and most of his work involves large property projects. Peter had specialist skills in the retail, entertainment, office, residential and hospitality sectors Over the past two decades most of Peter’s consulting was devoted to assignments in Asia and the Middle East in both mature and emerging markets. Peter now splits his time between not- for -profit work and consulting for Cistri and The One Atelier. He is currently a Global Trustee for ULI and sits on the advisory board for the Melbourne University School of Design. Peter is a graduate of Melbourne and Harvard Universities (December 2011)
