Suzanne Maddalon

Biographie : Suzanne Maddalon is Vice President of Marketing for Freehold Communities. She oversees the company's corporate strategic marketing, master plan community branding, market research, and builder marketing programs and is involved with the planning and development of new communities. Ms. Maddalon joined Freehold Communities from Lyon Communities, where she served as Senior Vice President overseeing the company’s sales, marketing, training and the development of new communities. Prior to joining Lyon Communities, she served as Senior Director of Marketing and Research for the Irvine Company. During her tenure there, Ms. Maddalon was responsible for the marketing and opening of award-winning master planned communities that totaled more than 10,000 homes and included products ranging from entry-level to ultra-luxury homes. She was involved with some of the Irvine Company's most-popular communities including Shady Canyon, Orange County's premier golf community, Turtle Ridge, Quail Hill, Pacific Ridge, Crystal Cove, and the multiple-award winning community of Woodbury. She has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate marketing and the development of new homes and communities and was honored as Marketing Director of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Southern California. Ms. Maddalon earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. She resides in Austin, TX.
