Kelly Noel

Biographie : As vice president corporate construction and real estate for UPMC, Kelly provides overall strategic direction for construction, real estate, and facilities operations for the system. Her team consists of 1000+ members and a portfolio of over 31 million SF, 40 hospitals, 700+ sites of care, and 23 senior communities in 3 states. Her scope also includes international work with projects in Italy, Ireland, and China. She has spent her career leading all phases of healthcare projects from design and engineering, construction, and maintenance operations. Her unique experience helps ensure each project is focused on total life cycle cost, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and her MBA at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
