Nicholas Pell

Biographie : Nicholas L. Pell is President and Chief Investment Officer of Link Industrial Properties. Formed in 2019, Link Industrial Properties is Blackstone’s US industrial real estate operating platform, operating a portfolio of over 180 million square feet across the US. Prior to the formation of Link Industrial, Nick served as Chief Investment Officer at Gramercy Property Trust, a publicly traded REIT which Blackstone acquired in October of 2018 for $7.6 billion. Previously, Nick was a Director in the Investment Department at W. P. Carey & Co. Prior to joining W.P. Carey, Nick was a Director of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. He serves on the board of the Newport Festivals Foundation which produces both the Newport Folk and Newport Jazz Festivals. Nick is a NAIOP and Urban Land Institute member. Nick received a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
