Biography:
Nicholas L. Pell is President and Chief Investment Officer of Link Logistics. Prior to the formation of Link in 2019, Nick served as Chief Investment Officer at Gramercy Property Trust (previously NYSE: GPT), an investor and asset manager of industrial and office real estate. He played an integral role on the leadership team that grew the company from an enterprise value of approximately $200 million to over 80 million square feet of real estate before it was acquired by Blackstone for $7.6 billion in 2018. Nick has also served as a Director in the Investment Department at W. P. Carey & Co., as a Director of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and as an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. Nick received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Nick is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute member, and he also serves on the board of the Newport Festivals Foundation, which produces both the Newport Folk and Newport Jazz Festivals.
