Rajegowda's track record demonstrates expertise in complex deal structuring, public-private partnerships, and capital deployment that delivers strong returns while enhancing communities. Notable achievements include negotiating innovative ground leases, achieving occupancy levels above proforma across multiple assets, and delivering hotel projects with NOI performing significantly above original projections. As Founder of Related Together (now Related Ross Foundation), he secured notable philanthropic funding for education and community initiatives in underserved neighborhoods. A graduate of Columbia University (M.S.
