Biography: Gopal Rajegowda is a proven real estate executive and urban development strategist with over 20 years of experience creating vibrant, community-centered mixed-use environments. Most recently as Executive Vice President at Related Companies & Partner at Related Southeast, he led over $7 billion in projects across luxury hospitality, retail, residential, and Class-A office developments - including the award-winning CityPlace transformation in West Palm Beach and the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Rajegowda's track record demonstrates expertise in complex deal structuring, public-private partnerships, and capital deployment that delivers strong returns while enhancing communities. His approach integrates hospitality principles, cultural programming, and authentic placemaking, creating spaces where human connection and financial performance align. Notable achievements include negotiating innovative ground leases, achieving occupancy levels above proforma across multiple assets, and delivering hotel projects with NOI performing significantly above original projections. As Founder of Related Together (now Related Ross Foundation), he secured notable philanthropic funding for education and community initiatives in underserved neighborhoods. A graduate of Columbia University (M.S.
