Lexi Russell

Biographie : Lexi Russell is the Director of Research and Analysis for the Mountain-Northwest Division of CBRE, where she oversees thought leadership research spanning all major property sectors across a seven-state region with a special focus on the impact of the tech industry on commercial real estate. She identifies market trends and produces actionable, best-in-class research materials in the form of presentations, major tech reports and other regional research publications. Prior to joining CBRE, Lexi served as an associate for Rosen Consulting Group in Berkeley, CA. In this role, she researched economic, demographic, capital and real estate market trends to deliver data-driven investment recommendations to clients. A native of Hawaii, Lexi has lived in San Francisco over a decade. She has her Bachelors in Economics and Masters in International Development Economics from the University of San Francisco.
