Lexi leads insights for Google’s data center portfolio and is a real estate researcher with more than a decade of experience. Before joining Google, she lead portfolio insights for West Coast assets on the VTS platform and spent six years at CBRE co-authoring key tech industry reports. Lexi holds a Masters in Economics and previously worked at Rosen Consulting Group, providing data-driven investment recommendations.
