William Renner

Biographie :
William B. Renner, Jr. E D S A/Edward D. Stone, Jr. and Associates Fort Lauderdale, Florida Bill Renner is an Associate Principal of E D S A, an international planning and landscape architecture firm based in Florida. His concentration has been on urban and community planning. He has been responsible for urban redevelopment plans and the planning of master planned communities and resort communities ranging in size from 300 to 12,000 acres. He has worked on projects in the United States, South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. He has also consulted on regional tourism and ecotourism planning assignments for communities in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. Current projects include a new town in California, a sustainable tourism development plan in India and a resort community in Brazil. Bill Renner has a Masters degree in landscape architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelors degree from Bowdoin College. He has been with E D S A since 1986. He is a Board Member of the Florida Redevelopment Association, the President of the Resorts and Tourism Division of the APA, and active in the Urban Land Institute as Vice Chair of the South Florida/Caribbean District Council. With the Urban Land Institute, he has participated in two Advisory Panels for downtown Oklahoma City and the convention center expansion in San Antonio. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
