Jim Schroder

Biographie :
Jim Schroder is an expert in real estate investing, finance, and development, with a focus on multifamily housing. With a 20-year career in the industry, Jim’s work has ranged from private market investing to public private partnerships focused on improving communities. Currently he is working as an independent consultant and advisor to source private market capital to deliver workforce and affordable housing. One of those assignments includes serving as an advisor to Juno, an integrated product company that combines world-class design and a mass timber building system to create elegant, innovative, and sustainable homes in cities. Jim spent the past two years as Head of Real Estate for Juno, where he focused on building pipeline and raising capital for new multifamily real estate projects that utilize the Juno design and delivery system. Prior to joining Juno in 2020, Jim worked at TriBridge Residential for over seven years, where he was a partner and CFO at the vertically integrated multifamily investment, development, and management company based in Atlanta. While there, Jim helped fuel over $3 billion in multifamily transactions throughout the Southeast by sourcing equity capital from both institutional and high net worth investors. He launched and closed a series of co-investment funds that collectively invested in over $1.5 billion in multifamily acquisitions and development. Prior to TriBridge, Jim has worked in real estate private equity, investments, and consulting in Singapore, Denver, and New York City, respectively. Originally from Cincinnati, Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
