Manny Steiner

Biographie : Manny Steiner is Vice President of Leasing for New England Development, where he is responsible for the leasing of the company’s existing and developing regional shopping centers and retail districts with a focus on national and local retail, entertainment, and restaurant tenants. He has been recognized as a leader in the shopping center industry, in 2018 he was named to Chain Store Age’s 10 Under 40 and is frequently invited to judge, panel, or moderate regional and national events. Prior to joining NED, Manny was Vice President of Leasing for Trademark Property Company in Fort Worth, TX where he led the leasing of 2 million square feet of retail, including the luxury remerchandising of Market Street - The Woodlands and the redevelopment of Victory Park in Dallas. Manny began his retail real estate career in the family business where he leased Steiner + Associates’ 5 million square foot regional town center portfolio, and as Vice President of Steiner Entertainment, where he evaluated, developed, and oversaw the operations of leisure-time businesses including a chain of company-owned restaurants. Prior to joining Steiner + Associates, Manny spent five years in hotel operations and development where he held management, general management, and corporate-level positions with various hotel developers. Manny is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program; received an MBA in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati; and a BA from the University of Florida where he graduated Omicron Delta Kappa. Manny was the Founding Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Columbus District Council, is a Board Member for the Congress for New Urbanism New England Chapter and an active member of ICSC and his church. Manny is fluent in his native French and has extensively studied Spanish and Mandarin.
