Biographie : Relationships are critical to success. As the President for BUILT National and through active involvement in industry organizations such as NMHC and ULI, I am blessed with an extensive peer group of established Multifamily, Student Housing and Commercial developers in addition to many senior leaders in the A/E/C community that have certainly contributed to mine. Leveraging three decades of professional sales experience and over 20 years in Real Estate, I founded BOO$T Consulting to connect owner/principals with strategic resources, partners and clients to elevate their business. I attribute much of my prosperity to a pay it forward attitude of giving back to a community that supports and contributes to my overall success. I do this through accelerating member engagement and coaching member firms to create value from BUILT National resources - The Connectivity Web for Real Estate Developers and the A/E/C Industry. Additionally, I enjoy shaping future industry leaders as a mentor for the UT Dallas Jindal School of Business MBA Program and ULI Center for Leadership Program and volunteering through various charitable organizations including Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and the National Kidney Foundation.
