Zara Walsh

Biographie : Zara joined IPUT Real Estate in 2018 and is now Head of Fund Management. Zara is a chartered surveyor and has been working for over 15 years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining IPUT, Zara worked in the Fund / Insurance industry in France and as a service provider for the Funds industry in Ireland with JLL. Her expertise is across the entire fund management spectrum from strategy and investor engagement to fund construction, quantitative analysis, market analysis and financial & debt modelling including scenario analysis and stress testing. Zara has been working with IPUT for 7 years and has oversight of all performance statistics from the Fund Management, Investment and Property Management Departments. She engages with the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer on a weekly basis regarding fund strategy. As part of her role, she is actively involved in identifying and managing risks to the Fund.
