Zara Walsh

Biography: Zara joined IPUT Real Estate in 2018 and is now a Senior Fund Manager and Head of Valuations and Performance Reporting. She works closely with the Head of Investment and the Head of Fund Management in formulating the Fund’s investment strategy and her role also extends to meeting with and presenting to shareholders. Zara leads the Fund’s quarterly valuation process and manages the financial appraisals for the ongoing development projects. Prior to IPUT, Zara worked in JLL as an Associate Director of Valuations and before that in Paris for Generali Real Estate. Zara is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a MSc in Business Management, BSc in Property Economics (Valuation Surveying) and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Zara also holds a diploma in Arbitration for University College Dublin. Zara is a member of the Performance Measurement Committee at INREV and the committee at CREFC.
