Résumé du rapport :
Résumé du rapport : The client sought help in identifying short-term and long-term solutions for expanding rapid transit into the district, focusing on financing options and TOD zoning for two development parcels. The team analyzed this challenge through three key areas: achieving short-term interconnectivity solutions within the campus, facilitating long-term external connectivity for rapid transit with financial and zoning assessments, and exploring complementary land development expansion options.
