I’m accountable for delivering BNPPRE UK’s strategy, ensuring that we develop our people, use the right tools, monitor and drive progress to best serve our clients. EDI and sustainability are an important part of that. We’ve published our gender and ethnicity pay gaps for transparency and accountability so we can track our journey and ensure progress. The real estate sector has challenging goals to meet carbon management and social benefit, and I look for where we can bring best practices and combine skills and expertise across different teams to support clients. My background is in research. I have 20 years of UK real estate research experience across all sectors, including commercial, residential, alternatives and rural. It means I can knit together different sectors, looking at human behaviour trends to get a bigger picture of the future of real estate. In my previous role as Head of Research, I set the strategic insight programme. When BNP Paribas Real Estate acquired Strutt & Parker in 2017, I delivered the integration of the research teams setting a strategy for the combined function. Developing teams and watching individuals grow over the years is something I’m particularly proud of. I regularly speak across all sectors at industry events with keynote, moderator and panel roles. Outside work, I’m chair of the Urban Land Institute’s UK residential council, where one of our areas of focus is how the arts help build community in new and existing places. I’m also a non-exec director for the Fremantle Trust, a care and learning disability support charity and chair of Leonard Pulham nursing home (a subsidiary company). For leisure, I love open-water swimming, using it as an excuse to swim in as many beautiful places as possible. During lockdown, I took up cycling and enjoyed, sometimes through gritted teeth, a four-day coast cycle in Wales. 会員名簿  Arrow
