バイオグラフィー：Prior to joining the team at Avana, Tara was running her agency, Ayden Creative, which she founded in 2015. Tara is passionate about building extraordinary teams. She feels it is her job to inspire and push organizations to drive with purpose first and product second. She believes we can create a better world by working with people to execute their purpose and values first rather than their commodity. She knew immediately that her journey culminated when this opportunity at Avana arose—combining all different pieces of her essence: purpose-led, female-led, and family-oriented. As the Executive Vice President of Avana, Tara's expertise in cultivating culture is integral. Tasked with everything from maximizing productivity in her teams to leading the organization to its goal of $1 billion in assets, she fearlessly guides her team forward. As a people-first kind of leader, Tara brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her leadership style.
