Nigel Smith

バイオグラフィー：Nigel has worked in real estate for 34 years, starting in London before moving to Hong Kong in 1990 to join JLW/JLL. In 2002 he joined CBRE to rebuild their office leasing team across Hong Kong and then Asia before specializing in representing large mixed-use projects and super tall office towers providing clients with development design, branding, marketing and leasing/sales strategies. In 2015 he was asked to join Colliers to rebuild their Hong Kong office, more than doubling their revenues in three years. Nigel is currently a Director of Real Estate Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh, which oversees the 360 sq Km citywide commercial real estate across 27 districts. The team develops residential, retail and office strategies at a city level and implementing at a district level through Asset Strategy Briefs Nigel is a Fellow of the RICS, holds an MBA from Reading University, an Honours degree in Estate Management and a Diploma in Project Management.
