Nigel Smith

Biography: Nigel has worked in real estate for 34 years, starting in London before moving to Hong Kong in 1990 to work with JLL in their Kowloon commercial department. In 2002 he joined CBRE to rebuild their office leasing team across Hong Kong and then Asia before specialising in representing large mixed-use projects and super tall office towers providing clients with development design, branding, marketing and leasing/sales strategies. In 2015 he was asked to join Colliers to rebuild their Hong Kong office, more than doubling their revenues in three years. He is passionate about promoting Women in Business, Diversity and Inclusion and has a vision is to build a better Hong Kong through innovative ESG solutions. Nigel is a Fellow of both the RICS and HKIS and holds an MBA from Reading University. He has an Honours degree in Estate Management, a Diploma in Project Management and a HK EAA Licence.
