Katie Wholey
バイオグラフィー:Katie Wholey is the Director of Community Resilience and Climate at Enterprise Community Partners, specializing in climate risk and resilience and post-disaster recovery. Katie has more than a decade of experience working with clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors to evaluate their climate-related risks and develop holistic strategies to enhance their resilience to natural hazards and climate change impacts. Her global experience includes climate adaptation planning and design, multi-hazard vulnerability and risk assessments, climate justice and social equity analysis and integration, disaster recovery planning and policy, and corporate climate risk and ESG strategy. Katie is an active member of ULI – serving on the Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council (Green Flight), the ULI Boston/New England Climate Resilience Committee, and serving on the Programming Committee for the annual Resilience Summit. She is also on the leadership committee and a trainer for the new ASTM Property Resilience Assessment (PRA) Standard Guide. In previous roles, Katie was the Boston Resilience Leader at global engineering and design firm, Arup, and a Program Manager with the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, focused on developing innovative policy solutions and strategies for housing recovery in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. Katie is AICP and LEED AP BD+C accredited and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
