Katie Wholey, AICP, LEED AP BD+C is an Associate in Arup’s Boston office, specializing in climate risk and resilience and post-disaster recovery. Katie has more than a decade of experience working with clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors to evaluate their climate-related risks and develop holistic strategies to enhance their resilience to natural hazards and climate change impacts. Katie’s global experience includes climate adaptation planning and design, multi-hazard vulnerability and risk assessments, climate justice and social equity analysis and integration, disaster recovery planning and policy, Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy, and net zero planning, She has extensive project management experience managing projects across the Property, Energy, Cities, and Resilience markets, ranging from planning-level studies and analysis through more detailed design and implementation. Internally, Katie also serves as the global learning manager for Arup’s Resilience Skills Network. Her previous employment with the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery included managing the multi-million-dollar Condo/Coop Recovery Program, focused on developing innovative policy solutions and strategies for housing recovery in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. Katie is a member of the ULI Boston/New England Climate Resilience Committee, the Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council (Green Flight), and has presented at and served on the ULI Resilience Summit Programming Committee. 会員名簿  Arrow
