ULI Ireland: Promoting Affordable Housing

Webinar Summary: Launched in March 2020, this comprehensive report looks at the barriers to the provision of affordable homes and how they can be overcome. Issues include land availability and pricing, stakeholder trust and engagement, financing and other factors. The report was produced with the collaboration of leading residential investors, developers and housing bodies, including both private and public sector providers. It identifies issues which arise across Europe and looks at how the issues are tackled in different countries and cities. Each registrant for the webinar will receive a free copy of the report. The report contains valuable insights from some of Europe's leading home providers, developers and investors. The webinar is an excellent opportunity to hear their views and learn about initiatives in other cities that could be applied to Dublin and other cities in Ireland.
