2023年欧洲青年之都卢布林已成为最大的房地产公司投资最具吸引力的区域城市之一。在“围绕城市8个问题”系列的第八次会议上，卢布林市长Krzysztof Å»uk认为，城市正在发生代际变化，适当实施的投资政策吸引了新的居民和投资者到城市。
