ULI Poland: Around a City in 8 Questions: E-meeting with the Mayor of Lublin
This webinar hosted by ULI Poland is conducted in Polish. A more detailed English recap can be found here.
Lublin, the European Capital of Youth 2023, has become one of the most attractive regional cities for the largest real estate companies to invest in. At the eighth meeting of the series "AROUND THE CITY IN 8 QUESTIONS", Krzysztof Żuk, the Mayor of Lublin, argued that a generational change is taking place in cities and that a properly conducted investment policy attracts new residents and investors to the city.
“Several years ago, we initiated a process of dynamic change, through the empowerment of all communities that wanted to work with us on our Lublin 2020 strategy, and this project is now coming to an end. We are now adopting a new strategy – Lublin 2030, and we value any cooperation with partners who want to take joint responsibility for shaping the future of the city with us. I believe that they should especially be young people because, in fact, these changes are being prepared with them in mind,” added the Mayor.
