Joseph Azrack

传：Mr. Azrack is the principal owner of Azrack & Company, a private real estate investment and advisory firm. He was the Founder and past Chairman and Managing Partner of Apollo Global Real Estate Management (NYSE: APO) and its predecessor entity, Citi Property Investors, and former Chairman and CEO of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NYSE: ARI). Previously, Mr. Azrack was Chief Executive and Chairman of AEW Capital Management, L.P., Founder and President of the AEW Partners Funds, a Director of Curzon Global Partners, and Founder and Chairman of AEW Europe. Mr Azrack is the Chief Investment Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Safanad Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of the Berkshire Residential Investments. He is also past Chairman of the I-195 District Redevelopment Commission in Providence, Rhode Island. Mr. Azrack holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. from Villanova University. Joe is past adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business where he established and taught Real Estate Entrepreneurship and Finance. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative 2020 cohort. Mr. Azrack is a member and past Chairman of the Pension Real Estate Association, and a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.
