Kyle Baugh

传：With nearly 20 years of experience, Kyle has spent his career focusing on urban design, master planning, parks and trails, transit-oriented design, and regional/area planning. He has worked on public- and private-sector projects, ranging from historic parks and downtown revitalizations, urban hardscape designs, strategic corridor studies, transit station area planning and design, and large-area land use plans to private mixed-use developments, and high school, university, healthcare, health & science, and corporate campuses. Kyle’s extensive national experience also includes sports and entertainment master planning and design, including professional sports stadiums and facilities, as well as system-wide pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure planning and design. A recipient of a multiple awards over the years, his work has been recognized and published nationally as he continues to raise the bar for design and bring awareness to the importance of Landscape Architecture to the real estate and development community. His success is through his ability to design places for people that are meaningful and sustainable. Notable projects include the Atlanta Beltline, the Cross Charlotte Trail, Regatta Park, Piedmont Park, Miami World Center, BB&T Ballpark, SRP Ballpark, the Pearl Innovation District, and the Atrium Health Main Campus Redevelopment. He is an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlotte Advisory Board Member and ULI Rethinking Southern Cities Regional Council Member.
