Nicolas Bearelle

传：Nicolas Bearelle co-founded Revive in 2009, a real estate impact development company delivering resilient and lively neighborhoods by regenerating underused sites and redundant infrastructures. Revive transforms urban brownfield sites into high-quality neighborhoods, realizing economic, ecological and social added value. The team of 80 experts is working on a pipeline of over 2 billion EUR exit value in Benelux, Poland, Portugal and Spain. All projects are carbon free in use and masterplanned to maximize resilience. Revive has obtained a ‘Gold’ GIIRS rating and is a certified B-Corp for over a decade and nominated ‘Best for the World’ several times. Nicolas is also co-founder and investor in several technological related companies such as WATT Factory, an accelerator hub, and ReCap, an acceleration program. Nicolas is member of the Executive Committee of the ULI Belgian chapter, Co-Chair of the European Affordable Living Council and Global Governing Trustee.
