Cindy Chance

传：Cindy Chance, PhD, is Founder and CEO at FosterChance, a consulting firm specializing in advancing ethical program, project and stakeholder relations practices to improve results for real estate related companies. Cindy's background includes leadership roles Higher education to real estate Association space, including ULI HQ. Chance served at Georgetown University in many roles including as Assistant Provost for Faculty Affairs and Senior Associate Dean in the School of Professional Studies for non-degree programs ranging from global custom education to workforce development and the well known coaching program. Prior to launching her own firm, Chance was CEO of the Appraisal Institute where she led change, championing the critical role of real property valuation professions in protecting the economy, transparency for members and governance reform. Prior to that, Chance was Executive Vice President at ULI where her portfolio included Product Councils, ULI Learning, UrbanPlan and the Awards programs. Chance is an expert in ethical issues in real estate including real property valuation, diversifying real estate professions, and issues related to housing attainability.
