Ben Grippi

传：Ben is Senior Director, Head of Strategic Real Estate Technology at the RMR Group. Ben serves as Chairperson of the firm’s Technology Advisory Committee, which is responsible for reviewing emerging real estate technologies and engaging with the senior leadership team to develop platform-wide innovation strategies. Before joining the RMR Group, Ben was a multi-sector asset manager and led Innovation at MetLife Real Estate. Ben oversaw the implementation of more than 30 OpTech, PropTech and RE SaaS Tech initiatives in his 5 years with MIM Real Estate, completely transforming the business platform and capabilities. Prior to his role with Real Estate, Ben also served as the Head of MetLife Investment Management’s Quantitative Analytic & Strategy team for 5 years and was responsible for modeling $550B of fixed income market risk through a proprietary asset & liability management framework. Ben has experience across all major asset types including derivatives, fixed income, equity and real estate in his nearly 20 year career in Investments. Ben graduated from Rutgers Business School with an MBA in Finance, Management & Global Business and an MBA in Real Estate. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University with a BS in Environmental & Business Economics. Ben serves on the Advisory Board for Building Cyber Security (BCS) and Blume Advisors.
