Emma Loos is Vice President of Development at Cypress Equity Investments (CEI), headquartered in Los Angeles. She is responsible for delivering multifamily, co-living and mixed-use projects in Southern California as well as emerging markets across the US. As a LEED Green Associate, she strives to incorporate LEED goals through energy-efficient sustainable developments. Prior to joining CEI, Emma worked at Skanska Commercial Development on acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction of customer-focused and highly sustainable office and mixed-use projects in LA and Beverly Hills. Previously, her focus was on developing infill, multifamily and student housing projects throughout California during her positions at Symphony Development and Agora Partners. graduated from Tulane University, New Orleans with a BA in Political Economy, Sociology and Urban Studies. She is a Los Angeles native and plays an active role in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as an Advisory Board member and DEI-REACH Committee Chair as well as a REACH Mentor. 会员名录  Arrow
