Adrianna Pilkington

传：Adrianna Pilkington (she/her/hers) is a partner in the Municipal, Planning & Environmental Law Group at Cassels. Adrianna’s practice encompasses all aspects of municipal, land use planning, and environmental law. Adrianna works on complex development projects, legislation and policy development and advocacy, and large multi-jurisdiction deals with land and resource issues. She acts for private, public, institutional, and industry association clients. Adrianna drafts and negotiates agreements, including development, site plan, subdivision, municipal infrastructure, encroachment, project, allocation, section 37, section 111, and environmental agreements, prepares development applications, and obtains development approvals. She represents clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, formerly the Ontario Municipal Board), Assessment Review Board, Committees of Adjustment, Information and Privacy Commissioner, and the courts and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
