Green Generation Solutions, LLC is a global energy solutions provider that engineers and implements solutions to lower buildings' operating costs while improving sustainability. Based at Green Generation's head office, Mr. Smith has extensive experience in Asian real estate markets, particularly the Japanese real estate market, including asset management, investment management, lending, securitization, and the REIT market. ASIA PROPERTY- JULY 2016 Douglas Smith has left Colliers International in Japan and is set to join GreenGeneration Solutions, a global energy services provider, to expand its business in Asia. Brad Dockser, chief executive of GGS, is a former managing director with private equity real estate company Starwood Capital. Prior to joining Colliers International, Smith, a Japan real estate veteran, worked for Fortress Investments, DeutscheBank, Shinsei Bank and Nomura.
