Arthur van Kooij

传：Arthur van Kooij, VP Project Management Northern Europe, leads the overall management of developments in Northern Europe, overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion. He ensures that projects run efficiently, on time and on budget, while also meeting stringent quality standards. During his time with Prologis, van Kooij has gained over 600,000 square meters in project development experience. Van Kooij maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout every project and challenges project teams to exceed expectations. With his technical expertise, enthusiasm and passion for building, he drives innovation with a strong focus on design, sustainability, technology and well-being. Van Kooij holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Hague University and a post-graduate diploma in the master course of civil engineering management and technology from the University of Arnhem and Nijmegen and South Bank University London.
