Bob Voyles is a 37-year veteran of Atlanta real estate. He began his career at Alston & Bird where he rose to a partner in the commercial finance and real estate practice group. He then joined Hines in 1988 and rose to the position of Senior Development Officer for the Southeast Region. During that time, Bob developed over 3M sf of office and mixed use projects, and 2,200 acres of commercial land development both in Metro Atlanta and Nashville, TN. Bob also acquired 1.7M sf of Class A office projects in Atlanta. He was responsible for over $1.5 B worth of successful real estate projects including the ULI “International Building of the Year” Award winner for 1180 Peachtree, and the NAIOP national award-winning Cool Springs mixed-use development in suburban Nashville, Tennessee. Bob’s current firm Seven Oaks Company, LLC was founded in 2004 in Atlanta, and currently asset- manages 2.1 M sf of Class A and B office in metro Atlanta. Seven Oaks is also presently developing a 165-acre mixed use development called Deerfield Township along with Orkin & Associates in southern Forsyth County, and is partnered with Highwoods, developing the Cumberland market’s first new office building in nearly 15 years, Riverwood 200. Delivering in Spring 2017, the building is 300,000 sf and is 81% preleased with two corporate headquarters tenants, as well as a major office presence by a third financial services company. Seven Oaks is currently under construction on an additional new Class A office project in the Perimeter area, a 350,000 sf fully spec office tower at Perimeter Summit. Bob and his partner Randy Holmes are actively engaged in looking at other adaptive reuse and ground up development and acquisition opportunities in several of Atlanta’s emerging intown commercial areas, as well as several other Southeastern cities. Seven Oaks also provides asset management and consulting services to a large number of institutional and entrepreneurial clients as well as controls major development sites in several of the major mixed use markets in the Atlanta metropolitan region. With nearly 30 employees, Bob and his partners are industry leaders in management sustainability and LEED initiatives.
