Matthew Valentini

传：Matt Valentini grew up in upstate New York, graduated from the University of Chicago and has been active in real estate development for over 25 years. Matt's experience incudes multifamily, hotel, commercial office, single family residential and retail development. After spending 8 years leading FCP's development management team, Matt now leads the Real Estate Group for Vulcan Materials. He oversees IOS and Industrial development activities as well as land sales and land use changes. Matt previously served as a Vice President at the JBG Companies and spent four years in homebuilding at Toll Brothers. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northern Virginia NAIOP and remains very active in youth sports - most recently serving as a board member, coach and umpire for Loudoun South Little League.
