Matthew Valentini

Biography:

Matt Valentini grew up in upstate New York, graduated from the University of Chicago and has been active in real estate development for over 20 years - mostly in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. Matt's experience incudes multifamily, hotel, commercial office, single family residential and retail development. Matt leads FCP's development management team, overseeing ground-up development and redevelopment activities. Matt previously served as a Vice President at the JBG Companies and spent four years in homebuilding at Toll Brothers. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northern Virginia NAIOP and remains very active in youth sports - most recently serving as a board member, coach and umpire for Loudoun South Little League.
