Ray Zee is the Chief Designer at Chinachem Group. He has been practicing in architectural design internationally for over 35 years, and is specialized in office, residential, hotel, commercial and civic projects. He gained solid and extensive experience from local developers e.g. Nan Fung Development Limited and Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited. Ray has led design on projects spanning from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other areas across China to Singapore, London, and New York. In addition, his background has also included extended professional periods in the offices of IM Pei and Sir Norman Foster. Ray was the lead designer of the innovative mixed-use project, The Mills in Tsuen Wan. This project won the HKIA Medal of the Year of Hong Kong and Special Architectural Award for Heritage and Adaptive Re-use in the 2018-2019 HKIA Award, as well as the UNESCO Asia Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation for 2019. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Ray is a supporter of academia and over the years and has previously served as Adjunct Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong. 会员名录  Arrow
