Blake Berg

Biography: I am a co-founder of Wicker Park Capital Management, LLC ("WPCM") and primarily responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, portfolio management and capital raising. WPCM is a boutique investment management firm focused multi-family, retail and mixed-use properties in the Southeast. I spent approximately thirteen years working in U.S. real estate acquisitions for J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets. In my most recent role, I was a Managing Director responsible for the oversight and management of nine real estate acquisitions professionals and all new investments acquired in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States, made on behalf of J.P. Morgan’s institutional client base. Over the course of my career at JPMAM, I was involved with over $6 billion in real estate transactions. I earned a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
