Brandon Blaser

Biography:

Brandon Blaser is the Founder and President of Blaser Ventures, a Salt Lake City-based real estate developer and investor. Founded in 2018, Blaser Ventures (formerly BCG Holdings) has led the sourcing of over $500M of Opportunity Zone funds for mixed-use, master-planned urban in-fill investments across nearly 50 acres in the Granary District of Salt Lake City. Blaser Ventures has also acquired and developed over 2.5 million square feet of industrial product. Most recently Blaser Ventures launched an affordable housing platform, that currently has ~1,000 affordable units (20-80% AMI) under various stages of design and development. Prior to founding BCG, Brandon was a partner at Thackeray Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity fund which invests in real estate across the U.S. Brandon was a member of Thackeray’s investment committee and worked across a variety of projects for over a decade on Thackeray’s ~$3B portfolio of industrial, multifamily, office and retail assets. Brandon is a graduate of Brigham Young University and received an M.B.A. with Honors from Harvard Business School. Brandon and his wife, Liz, have six children. Member Directory
