Anthony Chang
Biography: Anthony has over two decades of expertise with a strong emphasis on repositioning mixed-use spaces, coupled with twelve years as a market expert in the DC and Northern Virginia markets. Commencing his career at Rockefeller Center with Tishman Speyer, he later joined Hines, overseeing leasing, capex, and operations of trophy office buildings, honing his mixed-use repositioning skills. He was recruited to Broadway Partners involved him in nearly $2 billion in dispositions. Relocating to Virginia in 2012, Anthony, as a leasing broker at Cassidy Turley, added nearly 3 million square feet of agency leasing, in addition to select tenant assignments like Cvent's headquarters. Returning to the principal side with Washington REIT, he transformed a 3 million square feet portfolio across the metro DC area, handling over $2.5 billion in mixed-use asset transactions. As the Managing Director for Stream's Northern Virginia Office, he built a new leasing and marketing team to market leadership with 7 million square feet of assignments, Anthony actively contributes to the real estate landscape, serving on the boards of NAIOP Northern Virginia, the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Committee, and ULI Washington, where he's the current chairman. His educational background includes an MSc in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Economics with a concentration in Design Environment Analysis from Cornell University
