Daniel Din

Biography:
As the Senior Product Manager for the Amazon Housing Equity Fund, Dan leads Amazon’s efforts in housing affordability and finance. He is responsible for developing a full portfolio of impact investments, taking each investment from concept through completion. Prior to Amazon, Dan was vice president of multifamily underwriting and credit at Freddie Mac. He oversaw the underwriting and credit of Freddie Mac’s businesses in Affordable Housing, Seniors Housing, Structured Transactions and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity investments. Over his career, he has been involved in more $100 billion in real estate transactions. Dan has a background in innovation and new product development and has been involved in many of the new products and processes at Freddie Mac Multifamily. Dan received an MBA in real estate from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in information systems technology from George Washington University and a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Virginia.
