Juergen Fenk

Biography: Juergen is Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment Bank. Previously he was CEO of Primonial REIM, pan-european Real Estate Asset Management platform. Before that he was a Member of the Executive Board of SIGNA, a large Real Estate Investor and Developer in the DACH region. Mr Fenk occupied various international leadership positions and has extensive experience in the real estate, banking and capital market sectors. He also acts as an Investor in the PropTech and Climate Tech space. Juergen is the past Chairman of ULI Europe. He is also a Global Trustee.
